Psyched accounts have no email and no phone number attached, which means there is no reset link anyone can send you. The recovery code shown once when you signed up is the only way back in. If you have lost both the password and the code, the account and everything synced to it cannot be recovered — not by you and not by us. Anything still on your iPhone is untouched and stays there.
Settings → Psyched account → Delete account. It removes the account and everything synced to the server, permanently and immediately.
